A Director of all Roselodge and associated companies for 18 years and with over 30 years experience in the property industry, Paul has enormous financial acumen and in addition to managing the strategic aspirations of the stakeholders brings substantial property experience to the Board.
Stephen Carter FCCA - Financial Director
Roselodge Group’s Head of Finance since 2002, prior to this, Stephen worked for 11 years as a Financial Controller in the travel and leisure industry, including a multi-site retail chain with a £1b turnover. Stephen leads the Starboard finance team and appraises each site, identifies funding, manages budgets, whilst delivering daily finance payroll and HR support to the hotels.
Philip Houghton BA, MBA, MHI - Operations Director
Philip is responsible for the development of Starboard Hotels' site pipeline. With his twenty years experience in the sector, he ensures only the strongest sites are acquired and the appropriate brand is chosen to maximise the trading potential of each hotel.
Philip is responsible for the overall day to day operation of the hotels estate.
Mohammad Umer B.Com, MBA PGD E-Commerce - IT Manager
Mohammad oversees the company’s systems infrastructure, deployed over the existing Citrix network. He has a proven track record in systems development, implementation and support across multiple sites and users. He will be responsible for implementing and supporting the agreed systems strategy for Starboard Hotels.
Adi Hodzic – Procurement Manager & EMEA Development Manager
During Adi’s 15 year career with the Roselodge Group he has been responsible for driving numerous pan-European initiatives and establishing the company’s central procurement function. He leads Starboard’s European hotels activity through his extensive knowledge and network across key target countries. In addition he leads all strategic procurement activities.
