Starboard Hotels is partnering with established multinational hotel groups and has a strategy to match the individual site with the right hotel brand and to operate in the manner that balances risk and returns
Limited Service Hotels will be owned and operated by Starboard Hotels under franchise agreement. The preferred brands are Holiday Inn Express, part of the Inter Continental Hotel Group and Hampton Inn by Hilton, Part of Hilton Group & Days Inn by Wyndham.
Full service hotels will be owned by Starboard Hotels but operated by the brand under management contract, the preferred brand for which is Courtyard by Marriott www.marriott.co.uk part of Marriott International and Garden Inn, Part of Hilton International, Holiday Inn & Crown Plaza by IHG.
Starboard Hotels' initial focus is within the UK and we are actively acquiring sites to be developed. If you have any potential developlment opportunities please contact us for a prompt reply.
We wish to expand our activities into areas of Eastern and South Eastern European countries. Poland, Turkey and Balkan States are of initial interest.
