Kim has the exciting and challenging task of ensuring the development and operational success of the Holiday Inn Express Burnley.  Co-ordinating the entire team and ensuring financial and service objectives are achieved.  Working closely with IHG to protect and develop the Holiday Inn Express brand standard. With over eight years experience in the industry covering Senior Management roles in various internationally branded hotels Kim’s diverse experience will ensure a smooth and successful operational environment.

Cathy is the Sales Manager for the Holiday Inn Express, having previously worked  as sales manager at another IHG hotel. Cathy comes from a career in sales and marketing. Having worked for 21 years in advertising, the last 11 of those in senior management followed by 7 years in Town Centre Management.  Cathy is responsible for the sales and marketing of the hotel dealing with local, regional and national businesses at all levels on a daily basis offering them the opportunity to reserve bedrooms, conference and meeting facilities and will be delighted to discuss your requirements with you. She reports to the General Manager and is looking forward to getting to know all the businesses and partners in the industry. Cathy is married with 2 children.
